Multi-family housing in St. Martí

Public competition proposal for social housing in Sant Adrià. Collaboration with the bxd arquitectura studio offering consulting services on aspects related to sustainability. The proposal was based on creating a model of industrialized construction with wood where the visible structure defined a modular composition that reduced the ecological footprint, improved energy efficiency and allowed for faster construction.
