This is a project with a housing program on an isolated plot where a simple geometry is chosen that separates the program of the day area from the night area through a setback that defines the outdoor space. With an industrialized construction system to guarantee maximum energy efficiency with the minimum ecological footprint, a contrast is created with the traditional construction finishes with Mediterranean tones.
